Construction Site Vending Machines Perth
Free-placement snack and drink machines for Perth building sites, civil projects and site compounds. We supply the machine, stock it and service it. All your site provides is the space and a power point.
Your crew shouldn't have to leave site for a cold drink
Sites start early and run long. Once the crew is inducted, booted and on the tools, every run to the shops is lost time — plus another vehicle movement through the gate.
On the estate builds going in through Perth’s northern corridor, that run isn’t five minutes. It’s a proper drive. Same story on civil packages and industrial sites where the nearest servo was never the point of the location.
Most site managers patch it with an esky, or someone’s ute doing a shop run, or nothing at all. None of that holds up across a long build, and none of it works at 5:30am in February when the crew needs cold water and electrolytes before the pour.
A machine in the site shed or crib room sorts it quietly. Cold drinks and food are there through the whole shift, the crew pays for what they take, and nobody on your team has to manage it.
Free placement: all your site needs is a power point
Moores Elite Vending can help you set up a vending solution that suits your site, your space and your people. We work with Perth businesses, offices, buildings and shared facilities to provide practical vending options without making the process complicated.
For suitable locations, we can discuss managed vending solutions where we install, stock and service the machine. This gives your workplace a simple way to offer drinks, snacks and fresh options with ongoing support.
Restocking on a regular run
- Delivery, installation and setup
- Restocking on a regular run
- Cleaning, servicing and fault repairs
- Refunds and product requests, handled directly with your crew
- Adjusting the range based on what's actually selling
What your site provides
- A spot for the machine — site shed, donga, crib room or site office
- A standard power point
- Site access for our service visits
That's the lot. No purchase, no rental invoice, no service agreement to administer.
Why builders go with a family-run operator
Smaller sites welcome
Plenty of vending operators won't look at a site under 40 or 50 people, and some set the bar at 70. That rules out a big share of Perth projects — apartment builds, civil packages, industrial fitouts, subbie compounds that still have crew on site six days a week. We're set up differently. Confirm minimum crew size, e.g. "If you've got around 15 or more on site regularly, it's worth a conversation." If we don't think a machine will get enough use to be worth it for you, we'll say so rather than install one that sits half-empty.
The people who answer the phone are the people who fill the machine
Moores Elite Vending is a Perth family business, run out of Currambine. When you call about a machine that's out of Powerade or a coin mech playing up, you're talking to the owners — not a call centre logging a ticket for a franchisee somewhere else. That's the practical difference between a family business and a network. It's also the only thing that matters when your crew has been staring at an empty machine since Tuesday.
Built for a site shed, not a foyer
We fit combination snack-and-drink machines to sites, so cold drinks and food come out of the one unit without eating your shed space.
What goes in the machine
We set the range around your crew, not around a standard planogram. Before installation we’ll talk through what your site actually wants, then adjust over the first few weeks based on what moves.
- Cold drinks — soft drink, water, iced coffee
- Energy drinks for early starts
- Sweet snacks and chocolate for smoko
- Electrolyte and sports drinks for hot days
- Savoury snacks — chips, crackers, nuts, jerky
- Lower-sugar options where your site wants them
Why Choose Moores Elite Vending?
Inductions and PPE
Our service team attends in the PPE your site requires and will complete your site-specific induction before the first service visit. Flag your sign-in, escort and access requirements at the site assessment and we'll work to them.
When the project finishes or the compound moves
Construction sites are temporary, and we build that in. If your project wraps or the compound relocates, we'll move the machine to your next site or remove it.
A note on drinking water and your site obligations
Worth being clear, because it comes up: a vending machine doesn’t satisfy your obligation to provide free drinking water. Under WorkSafe WA guidance, clean drinking water must be available to workers at all times at no cost. Our machine sits alongside that — cold drinks, electrolytes and food the crew chooses to buy — not as a replacement for the amenities you’re already required to supply.
How it works, start to finish
1
Tell us about the site
Location, rough crew numbers, expected project duration, and any induction requirements.
2
Site assessment
We come out, look at the shed or crib room, check power, and confirm whether a machine makes sense. No obligation either way.
3
Install and first stock
We deliver, set up and fill it.
4
Ongoing service
Regular restocking runs, faults and refunds handled directly, and the range adjusted as we learn what your crew buys.
Where we service
We’re based in Currambine and service construction sites across the Perth metropolitan area, with the northern corridor — Joondalup, Wanneroo, Butler, Alkimos, Clarkson, Neerabup and the growth estates through to Yanchep — right on our doorstep.
If your site sits outside it, get in touch anyway and we’ll give you a straight answer quickly.
Construction site vending FAQs
Does the machine cost us anything?
No. No machine cost, no rental, no service fee. We place it free of charge and earn on what your crew buys. Placement is subject to the site being a reasonable fit for usage.
How many people do we need on site?
It depends on crew numbers, shift pattern and how long the project runs. Tell us those three things and we’ll give you a yes or no quickly.
Where does the machine go?
Somewhere undercover with power — site shed, donga, crib room or site office. It needs a standard power point and enough clear space for the crew to use it and for us to service it.
Do we need to do anything to run it?
No. You don’t handle stock, cash, refunds or maintenance. Your crew deals with us directly, which is the point — it shouldn’t create a job for your site team.
Can your team get inducted and work to our safety requirements?
Yes.
What happens when the project finishes?
We relocate the machine to your next site or remove it.
Can you service more than one of our sites?
Absolutely. We can service multiple sites across Perth and provide vending solutions for each location. Whether you have two sites or several, we can help with machine placement, regular servicing, restocking, and ongoing support.
A standard power point
On a regular service run, with frequency set by how fast your site goes through stock. If your crew is emptying it faster than expected, we increase the run rather than let it sit empty.
Can we buy a machine outright instead?
Yes, you can purchase a vending machine outright. We offer purchase options for businesses looking to own their machine, with flexible solutions to suit your site, budget, and vending needs. Our team can help you choose the right machine and arrange installation.
