WA Owned Business

How it works

You supply the power point. We supply everything else.

Moores Elite Vending installs, stocks and services vending machines at Perth workplaces at no cost to the business. No purchase, no lease, no service fee. You give us a bit of floor space and a standard power outlet — we handle the rest.

Before we start

Three things we need from you. That's the whole list.

Most Perth sites already have all three. If yours does, we can usually have a machine installed within a few business days of the site visit.

01

A standard power point

A normal 10-amp outlet within reach of where the machine will sit. No electrician, no special wiring, no three-phase.

02

About a metre of floor space

Most machines require standard floor space and sufficient clearance to open the door. Undercover, on a level surface.

03

Enough people to use it

We generally look for a reasonable number of staff, residents or visitors on site regularly. Below that, a machine won’t earn its keep for either of us.

1

Day 1

10 minutes on the phone

Tell us about the site

How many people are on site, what hours they’re there, and roughly where the machine could go. That’s usually enough for us to say yes or no on the spot — and if a machine isn’t right for your site, we’ll tell you then rather than waste your time.

2

Within a day

Roger or Sharon, on site

We come and look at the spot

We measure the space, check the power point and the access route, and work out which machine suits — combo, drinks, snacks, elevator or frozen. You’ll be dealing with the owners, not a rotating sales team.

3

Install day

Quick setup on site

Delivered, installed, switched on

We bring the machine in, position it, level it, plug it in and test every selection and the card reader before we leave. Your team doesn’t need to lift anything or be involved.

4

First month

We adjust as we go

We stock it, then tune it to your crew

The first fill is a standard mix of drinks, snacks and healthier options. After that we watch what actually sells at your site and change the lineup to match. Want more sports drinks and fewer chocolate bars, or a specific product your team keeps asking for? Tell us and it goes in.

5

Ongoing

You do nothing

We keep it full, clean and working

Scheduled restocks based on how fast your site goes through stock, plus cleaning and servicing at every visit. If something goes wrong — a jam, a card reader fault, a refund — call or message us and we aim to be back on site as soon as possible.

What we handle

What you handle

Straight answers

The questions we actually get asked.

Is there really no cost, or is there a catch?
No cost. We own the machine and make our money on the products sold through it, so there’s nothing for you to buy, lease or pay monthly. The only thing you pay for is the power it draws.
If the machine isn’t working out for your site, we’ll come and collect it at no charge.
You have the final say. We start with a proven mix for your type of site, then adjust it based on what sells and what your people ask for. Healthier options, sugar-free drinks, specific brands — all fine.
Call or message us. Repairs and refunds are on us, not on you, and we don’t ask your staff to manage any of it.
Our machines are heavy-duty, steel-cased, and built for active work sites. We take on the financial risk for the machine and stock — you won’t be held responsible if something happens.
Tap, card and mobile payments as standard. Nobody carries coins any more, and a cash-only machine on a Perth work site sits idle.
We cover the Perth metro area. If you’re outside it, tell us where you are and we’ll give you a straight answer either way.

Find out if your site qualifies.

Tell us how many people are on site and roughly where a machine could go. We’ll come back with a straight yes or no — usually the same day. Family owned and run in Perth by Roger and Sharon Moore.
